Dementia Dog Project: Carers Drop In Session
Are you working with and supporting people with a diagnosis of dementia and their carers?
Alzheimer Scotland and Dogs for Good – Dementia Dog Project, invite you to join them in an information session where you can attend the presentation or just drop in for a cup of tea or coffee, meet the team and one of the trained assistance dogs. The project is training assistance dogs to provide specialist support for couples living with dementia, where one person is at an early stage of dementia, and the other is their full time carer at home.
