Darkness on the Edge of Democracy marks the 40th anniversayr of the Miners’ Strike through an artistic assessment of the political agenda that led up to and followed the Strike.  Andrew Hay has had an active and vibrant artistic career, exhibiting across Scotland and internationally.  He is known for his diverse body of work; producing series of powerful imagery which reflect his resolute determination to express himself visually through an expanding range of art techniques, rather than limiting himself to a single style. Please join us in celebrating the opening of this ambitious exhibition.
