Stirling Literary Society – Larbert and The Great War: Russell MacGillivray and Ian Scott

The authors discuss their book about Larbert War Memorial. The individual stories and ultimate fates of over 280 men named on Larbert War Memorial. In their 2nd volume of the two-volume history ‘The Men of Larbert War Memorial’ the authors Russell MacGillivray and Ian Scott focus on the people of the parish of Larbert, a very ordinary industrial community of workers and business owners and how the people of Larbert parish experienced the years of The Great War.

Admission for non-members of Stirling Literary Society £7. For members of Stirling Literary Society £5. Admission charge includes refreshments.
