To comply with Scottish Government rules, The Smith Art Gallery and Museum will be closed to visitors from 4:00pm on Friday 20 November 2020.

The museum will remain closed whilst Level 4 restrictions are in place. All being well, we will re-open on Saturday 12 December and return to our current operating times: Thursday-Sunday 11am-4pm.

We will then be closed over the Christmas period – from 4pm Sunday 20 December until Thursday 7 January.
These opening and closing dates also apply to our cafe.

In the meantime, we would like to thank our staff, visitors and friends for their co-operation and understanding at this time.
