The Smith's first portrait by Sir Henry Raeburn, a bequest by the late Bruce Ritchie of Allan Park, was unveiled by the Right Honourable Sir George Reid.

Gallery 2 is home to the PGA Ryder Cup Heritage Exhibition until 20 March 2014.
The Stirling Smith Art Gallery and Museum is the first Scottish venue for this prestigous exhibition. Join us to follow the story of the Ryder cup from its early beginnings in 1927 through to the present day. With a collection of fascinating items and memorabilia on display.
